Ivan Ćorović

Attorney at law · Advokat

Ivan works on crypto-asset, DeFi and DAO matters, AI and technology products, venture financing, company formation and M&A, commercial contracts, data protection and intellectual property. He represents clients in commercial disputes and appeals before Serbian courts and in cross-border debt recovery. From 2018 to 2021 he worked at an IP law firm in Belgrade on trademark clearance, oppositions and customs seizures of counterfeit goods.

Uroš M. Rakić

Uroš works on corporate, commercial and energy matters, including regulatory compliance, foreign investment and due diligence in transactions, in sectors that include mining, telecommunications and sports. He represents individuals and companies in civil, commercial, administrative and misdemeanour proceedings before courts and administrative bodies. He advises foreign clients setting up in Serbia on company formation, commercial contracts, regulatory requirements, and work and residence permits for their employees. He previously worked in the legal department of an international bank on mortgage approvals, loan enforcement and banking contracts, and completed an internship at a basic court in Belgrade.
